Find the right packaging size.
A good fit starts with the product inside. Compare the dimensions, opening and closure before choosing a pack.
- 01 Measure what you want to pack and consider how it will be filled and removed. Allow space for the opening and closure.
- 02 A weight label is a starting point, rather than a guarantee of usable capacity for every product. Check the actual dimensions.
- 03 Ask whether a measurement describes the outside of the pack, the usable internal space or the opening. They answer different questions.
- 04 For a new custom format, include the product dimensions and intended fill in your brief. Ask about a sample to check the fit.
